Delivery

Order processing usually takes no more than 2 working days and delivery time can take up to 5 working days.
It can take more time for bigger orders and on holidays.

oncecao.lv delivers via Omniva parcel machines. Currently, delivery is possible in Latvia.
The price for delivery is not included in the product and is charged starting from EUR 3.30. 
The exact price of delivery is indicated separately when placing each order.

You have the right to refuse the goods purchased from www.onecacao.lv within 7 days from the moment of receipt. Please, send an email with information about the returned goods and the order number to [email protected].

The goods must be returned in the original good and shipment packaging and together with the delivery documents. The goods must be undamaged and without significantly changed appearance.

onecacao.lv has the right to refuse the right of withdrawal if the value, quality and safety of the goods have been reduced or signs of use of the goods have been detected.

If the delivered food item is damaged or of inadequate quality and you wish to return or exchange it, or if not all the ordered items have been delivered, they must be returned to onecacao.lv no later than 72 hours after delivery. To inform onecacao.lv please contact us by email [email protected], attaching a photo of the damaged product.

The money for the returned items will be transferred to the bank account from which the purchase was paid for within 3 to 5 business days from the date of return.
